Registration Instructions

  • RETURNING gymnasts can drop off the completed form at our Stratford location -Remax ab Realty 88 Wellington St. Attention: Michelle Chessell and if you are in Mitchell, drop off at 99 Waterloo Street any time. If at the club, place in an envelope and put in the mail box by the front office.
  • NEW GYMNASTS can email us at info@mitchellgymnastics.ca or call the club to discuss class availabilty, times etc.
  • If you need class information, please take a look at the Programs Available or call 519.348.9699 and leave a message. Your call will be answered in 2 business days.
  • Payment is due at time of registration and class availability is subject to change as classes fill up.
  • You can register for both sessions at the same time and, with a post dated cheque for the second session, receive a $20 discount off the second session fee.
  • Registration for Fall session is usually late August, and late May for the following Fall.
  • Winter session registration is the 1st and 2nd week of December as classes start early January.
  • All registrations are held at the club – please call in advance to leave us a message, so arrangements may be made to have someone available to answer questions.
  • All fees include Ontario Gymnastics membership fee of $19 which also includes the athletes insurance.
  • All athletes must have completed forms and fees handed in to be registered with Ontario Gymnastics and no insurance will be available until they are registered.
